What is Tulsi? 

Tulsi or Holy basil is a well-known tree in the family Lamiaceae. It is native to India and is widely grown throughout Southeast Asia. Tulsi has been shown to be very effective in protecting our body from various diseases and diseases of the heart, liver, skin, kidneys, etc. 

Tulsi has a special place in Ayurveda and a Hindu home in India. Hindus are considered sacred and worshiped by them. Three main types of Tulsi appear to be : 

The green leaves are called Ram Tulsi The blue leaves are called Krishna Tulsi Normal wild Vana Tulsi.
